Edward Flood
Edward Flood has held key executive positions with major real estate companies in the United States and Canada, and acted as an independent advisor to both institutional and private owners. With 30 years of experience, he has worked at both publicly held and privately owned firms. In addition to an extensive background with office and retail properties, he has directed successful multifamily, industrial, hotel and land development investments. He has created and implemented development and renovation programs, acquisition strategies for institutional investors, and restructuring and disposition programs for individual assets and portfolios.
B. Philip Hummelt
Phil Hummelt has held managerial or investment positions with several major institutional and private real estate firms. He has been involved in commercial real estate finance, mortgage banking, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, and development for over 30 years, encompassing almost all property types. During this time he has originated, structured and closed several billion dollars in debt and equity financing transactions; been involved in acquiring and asset managing over one million square feet of office, flex and industrial properties; and profitably disposed of assets for returns exceeding projections.
Birge Watkins
Birge Watkins brings a unique perspective to the firm, one that spans governmental and business for over thirty years and that includes real estate investment, development, and asset management. He worked at the national level with major investors during the successful management and disposition of commercial and residential real estate for the Resolution Trust Corporation. Later, he was involved with acquisitions and project management for three of the largest developers in the Washington DC area. He currently serves as a Vice Chairman and Commissioner of the Vint Hill Economic Development Authority, a major BRAC redevelopment project. He is also involved with local historic preservation and land conservation initiatives. His development expertise is enhanced by service in local government as a member of a town council, a planning commission, and numerous comprehensive plan committees.
